If you’ve never worn magnetic strip lashes – or strip lashes AT ALL – you might be asking yourself: how do I choose lashes for my eyes? Or even better: how do I figure out my eye shape?
These are really good and important questions, and we’re here to help you answer them. After all, well-chosen lashes are a guarantee of comfort and of loving your new look 🙂
Keep in mind that your eyes can combine several different features at once. The most important ones are, for example, their shape and how deep-set they are. So your eyes might be almond-shaped with hooded lids. Or round and prominent. In that case, look for what these two eye shapes have in common and choose your lashes based on that. For example, Taylor Swift has deep-set, almond-shaped eyes with hooded lids, so the perfect model for her would be lashes like Hollywood!
Almond eyes

- Fairly narrow
- Slightly lifted outer corners
- A natural “cat eye”
- The iris is slightly hidden by the upper and lower eyelids
The most versatile shape. You’ll look amazing in any model. We recommend lashes with fibers spread evenly along the whole band, in a round or cat-eye shape, to accentuate your eyes and give them a Kim Kardashian-style look.
For a big night out: Classy, Hollywood
Round eyes

- Large – a dominant feature of the face
- Length similar to the width of the eye
- The white of the eye may be visible, especially below the iris
For this shape, we recommend wispy lashes with fibers of different lengths that get longer toward the outer corner for better proportions! Avoid round models. Your eyes don’t need extra opening up – they need a nice elongating effect.
For a big night out: Sassy, Hollywood
Hooded eyes

- The eyelid isn’t visible when your eyes are open
- A pronounced brow bone
For these eyes, we suggest lashes that beautifully open up the eye: round but also wispy models will be perfect. Too much volume can weigh the eye down, while wispy styles add a lovely lightness and make a real impact.
For a big night out: Aurora, Hottie
Downturned eyes

- Less visible, deep-set eyes.
- There’s often a shadow under the eye.
We’re a little jealous, because… eyes like these deserve the most dramatic, bold lash models to make your gaze stand out! Avoid delicate, low-density models. Your eyes need long lashes with lovely volume.
