Any purchase from the Wink Beauty store is subject to the right to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send a written statement before the deadline to [email protected]. The returned product should be unused, unworn and in perfect condition for hygiene and health reasons. It must be packed in the original foil, and cosmetics have the original seals. Only then are you entitled to a full refund for your order.
To return goods:
- Register the return with Quick Returns, no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment.
- Fill out the return form and send it to [email protected] and/or include it in your shipment(click here – return form)
- Pack the products securely before shipping – preferably they should be in their original packaging.
- Ship your package at the nearest parcel machine. The label is not needed, and you will find the QR code for the return in the InPost app after the return is approved.
Additional information:
- There is no charge for return shipping, but the processing fee is £10 and will be deducted from the returned amount.
- The refund of the amount paid by the Consumer after deducting the cost of processing will be made by wire transfer to the bank account indicated by the Consumer immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the Consumer’s written statement of withdrawal from the contract.
- If the entire order has been returned, we will refund the cost of the products and the cost of delivery. In the case of a partial return, the refund for delivery costs will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for any diminution in the value of the returned product if, before the return, it was used other than necessary to determine its characteristics
