- Gently file your natural nail plate so it’s matte, with no shine
- Push back your cuticles from the nail plate
- Disinfect the nail plate and remove any dirt with the disinfecting wipe
- Press each nail down for at least 20 seconds
- Choose the right size – not too small, not too big
- After application, ideally keep your hands out of water for at least 2 hours
