Terms and conditions of the 3+1 free promotion

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion “3+1 GRATIS” (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”) is the company Awesome Brandz limited liability company based in Wroclaw, Stanislawowska Street 47, NIP: 8943191302, KRS: 0000982871, REGON: 522617989 (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

2. The promotion begins on 01/01/2025 and is valid until further notice or until stocks last.

3. The promotion is open to any individual who purchases products from the website www.winkbeauty.pl.

4. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PRINCIPLES AND COURSE OF PROMOTION

1. The promotion includes products from the nail press on or magnetic eyelashes or DIY eyelashes category excluding kits.

2. The promotion is based on the fact that when you buy 4 products included in the promotion, the cheapest one will be automatically discounted to 0 PLN (that is, added as a freebie) after using the corresponding code.

3. The customer can use the promotion multiple times – each time a multiple of 4 products is added (e.g. 8 products = 2 freebies).

4. The promotion may be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated in separate regulations.

5. The organizer reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of the promotion at any time without giving any reason.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. In case of return of products, as a result of which the number of retained products falls below the number required to obtain the gratis (i.e., below 4 pieces) – the value of the originally free product will be added to the final value of the order.

2. In the event that the number of retained products falls below 4 items after return, the order no longer meets the conditions of the “3+1 free” promotion. This means that the customer loses the right to the gratis and bears the full cost of all retained products.
   

   Example: a customer buys 5 products, pays for 4 (1 free). If he returns 2 products, he is left with 3 – the promotion is no longer valid, so the price of the product received free of charge is added to the final settlement. The participant has the right to make a return in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. within 14 days of receiving the order.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any fortuitous, technical or legal events that prevent the proper conduct of the Promotion.

2. These regulations are available at: www.winkbeauty.pl

3. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
